Tobias Ellwood MP continues his never ending quest to be recognised as the Tory Parties expert on absolutely everything. No doubt he sees this as a way to get back into the Cabinet. Maybe even worm his way into being Britains best and most influencial PM. Hardly a day goes by when he isn't on some TV News prog or in a newspaper waffling away on every subject under the sun. At the same time ll his constituents can go hang for 'He doesn't help them at all'-simply not interested.
In the last two days he's been showing that he is now an expert on everything to do with China. I expect he's also an expert on Mandarin. For now he has added to his vast experience by spouting forth on the recent India/China border conflict. I'm surprised the Indians have'nt begged him to become their No1 advisor on how the deal with the Chinese. I mean 5 years in the British Army must make him the Worlds foremost expert on all matters Military.
Not content with that he was on yet another newspaper giving the World his expertise on Navy matters. This time imparting his vast knowledge on the viability of Britain having two carriers. Quite how a lowly Captain with only 5 years service in some Army footslogging mob, has the vast navy knowledge he would have us believe about naval matters,is beyond my comprehension. Quite how Naval Top Brass lets him get away with it is also beyond me. Why isn't some Admiral serving or retired, tearing into his uninformed waffling?
Then in the last week we have seen the manic goings on on Bournemouth lovely beaches. Of course we all saw him talking to the nation from his Westminster office about all that. NOTE he never came near the place he is supposed to serve, yet he makes his learned thoughts known to the peasants in the rest of the UK. As I've said previously he has never been seen in Bournemouth throughout the last 4 months of COVID. It's always from some cosy London TV studio or the comfort of his million pound home or from his office in Westminster.
Of course he wheedled his way into becoming the Chair of Defence Select Committee. How the Tories allowed that is well beyond me. Is he a Professor of all matters of Defence?? I think not, especially as all he ever was, was a jobsworth lowly Captain in some crap Army regiment who lots of people have never heard of. Talk about brown-nosing isn't in it. Or did Daddy know the right people to get his darling big-mouth son a job comensurate with his big brain??

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP CONTINUES HIS MANIC QUEST TO OUST BORIS FOR PM.
Since my last post, 'Hero' Tobias Ellwood MP has continued his never ending self serving efforts to get his mug onto as many news programmes and into as many newspapers as possible. No doubt he believes this is the way to make his name and mug so well known, that the public and the media will think he's the official mouth peice for the Tory Party. Quite why Boris allows him to do this or any other Tory MP doesn't kick up about all this.
He shamelssly uses his position that he wheedled himself into, as Chairman of the Commons Defence Committe, to make himself appear to be all important and an absolute necessity to have him spouting forth on every subject under the Sun. But today he showed what a shameless liar he his
. For on the Kate Burley Show he was there as usual playing the Einstein character he thinks he is. He for instance spouted on about the yob who pissed next to the memorial of the slain cop, who let's not forget, big head Tobias was able to shamelessly milk the fact he tried to help the unfortunate cop. So much so, that the compliable media then started to put a halo around his big head and actually call him a 'Hero' which by no stretch of the imagine he was, as he'd not done anything remotely heroic. He merely did what any decent passerby would have done and tried to resusitate the injured man.
Then he had a go at the fat slob of a yob and what he did next to the memorial of the unfortuante cop. Now quite what that had to do with Hero Ellwood and his position on a Defence Committe or the topic of yobs pissing anywhere??. But then no doubt no other self respecting Tory MP would have wanted to appear on any ITV show, so all singing and all dancing Hero, Tobias would have to do. No doubt he got a boost to his self professed and inadequate MP's salary, that he recently decried was difficult to live on.. THE TOTAL SHITE.
Yet all the while the 'Lockdown' has been in force, our hero and self confessed helper to all his constituents (but not any constituent who had the temerity to tell him off for being a shite MP!!) who never helped ANY of his constituents who he hardly ever went near to. Certainly I cannot remember in the past 3-4 months that he's been anywhere near Bournemouth to inspect care homes or hospitals and see what he could do for them back in Westminster. Especially re the hard the get PPE. No visiting hard put to, small businesses who no doubt have gone to the wall or will do soon.......and so on and every time his mug is on the TV, it's either from Westminster or his study at his big posh ex Barn conversion house, which somehow he managed to buy on his pathetic MP's piddling wage???

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP - AN EXPERT ON EVERYTHING
This past week has been one of endless appearances by 'Brainbox Ellwood' spouting forth on every subject known to man. Numerous articles in the press and appearances on TV News progs. ALL THAT HASN'T GONE UNNOTICED BY OUR LOCALS WHO COMMENT IN THE BOURNEMOUTH ECHO, WHENEVER THEY FEATURE 'HERO' TOBIAS, THAT HE'S AT IT AGAIN SERVING HIMSELF.
So determined is he to make a big name for himself as the best Tory expert on everything, that on his website he has a heading; ' For Press enquiries' ring ...... So it is clear he wants to be asked by all and sundry for his 'expert' opinion, no matter what the subject.
Today in the Express he's waffling on about how a Brit copy of the EU Galileo would be utter madness for us to waste money on. But what exactly does he really know about that subject? After all he's only an ex soldier (A PROFESSIONAL TRENCH DIGGER' ) who has had no technical jobs whatsoever. It's just to once more get his mug into the newspapers. Earlier in the week he was at it again and this time giving us all the benefit of his wisdom on China and how they are taking advantage of us all because we are all heavily into the virus, so not taking notice of how China is doing this. Why don't the thicko journo's see what he is up to??
What really gets me about this loathsome man, is that he ignores all his constituents and all the problems we are getting with say, all the deaths in care homes of which there are more than average in his constituency. Then there have been over the last few weeks, while we had all those crowds on our beaches and his only comment on that, was to close the roads to stop everyone getting here.
Worse than all that, is the fact that he has boasted in the past that as he spent a massive 5 years in the
Army, he has made himself the 'protector' of Forces Vets. Well he never lifted a finger to help me when I asked him and worse than that, this week it has been highlighted in the Press that Dennis Hutchings, the Army Vet who served in N.Ireland and was accused of shooting a civilian who failed to stop, is now facing a court case some 50+ years on. This at the age of late seventies and also suffering from cancer.
This outrage is happening despite the promises of the bastard Tories, PROMISING to stop all this when they wanted our vote at the last election. NOT A PEEP FROM OUR 'HERO' - POSHBOY TOBIAS ABOUT THIS OR HOW HE IS OUTRAGED BY THIS. It shows again what a fraud he actually is.......ONLY INTERESTED IN HIMSELF AND HIS ADVANCEMENT IN POLITICS, SO NO ROCKING THE BOAT FOR POOR DENNIS !!!!!!

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP - INSATIABLE APPETITE FOR EXPOSURE
This dreadful man knows no bounds in his desire to get exposed to the public via newspapers and TV news programmes. No matter what the subject is, he has an opinion. His latest exposures have been two in our local paper. the Bournemouth Echo about his opinions on foreign governments using COVID to exploit the UK, and why the MOD were usuing a spray on soldiers to stop the virus.
Then there has been an episode seen on the Piers Morgan GMB morning show where he was debating something with Poshboy Tobias.
Piers obviously said something to Poshboy that he didn't like as he frequently does, as that's his job to question people in power. Posbboy being as he is, a totally arrogant self opiniated arsehole, didn't like someone questioning him on aything, stormed away by shutting down the video connection. This is EXACTLY the same way he behaved when I critised him for telling me lies by saying he would help me, when he actually had no intention of doing so.. So he lied by using the excuse I had abused him etc.
Yesterday a reader of the Echo said in a comment on the article about Poshboy Ellwood that he was a despicable Mp who did not even reply to emails sent him, by the writer. Which is par for the course fo this TOTAL WASTE OF SPACE !! It is telling that whenever an article on Ellwood appears in the Echo, the number of people writing comments slagging him off for what he truly is, just shows that many in Bournemough cannot stand the bastard. Not just me then.

TOBIS ELLWOOD MP AN UTTER HYPOCRITE
In the Bournemouth Echo newspaper today, they report on Ellwood's interview on the BBC newsnight show of last Thursday. He was apparently interviewed by the programmes host, one Emma Burnett. He was obviously pulled onto the programme by the BBC as the government offered no spokesperson to talk on their behalf, about what is going on in care homes re PPE.
This proves that Tobias has put his name about to all media outlets, as being a willing person to talk about any subject under the sun. After all he's an MP and an ex Army one at that. But there are 630 at least MP's to choose from so, why is it always this poshboy who gets in front of the camera?? I wouldn't mind betting he's in all the medias sites, because he knows the right people who have put intothe media, good word about 'our brainy poshlad Tobias, who knows everything about everything! He's your boy and he will do it for a reasonable fee.
The interview was about care homes as I've said and Tobias opined that Bournemouth has a lot of care homes.....so does that automatically make him an expert on all care homes and what is going on in them, with this virus?? As I have mentioned in previous posts, IT IS A FACT THAT WE HAVE THE GREATEST CONCENTRATION OF PENSIONERS IN THE COUNTRY AND CORRESPONDINGLY MANY CARE HOMES. Yet where has TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP been since February, as I have mentioned a few times, IN THE AREA HE REPRESENTS??????? Too busy filling his pockets giving interviews all over the place and mostly in London no doubt and not amongst we peasants of the greater Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch connurbation.
However what really got right up my nose and which shows what a massive hypocrite he is>>> is what he said to Emma in relation to her question to him about care workers in care homes having to work with little or no PPE and would he do that?: - "You are putting a hypothetical question to me. You asked me personally, I would continue my work because that is the person I am" Give that man a medal the bloody 'HERO'- remember that he IS A HERO!! Pass me a sick bag.
So what he is saying is that he is a caring person, so would work in a care home, even without any PPE and THAT IS SUPREMLY HYPOCRITICAL. Why you may ask, but to ask that question you obviously haven't been reading this blog. For when I as a constituent of his, asked him to help me get justice, because of the unlawful actions of government departments, especially in the justice system, whilst he said he would (because he is a caring person-as he claims). Yet it was all a lie and eventually when I got him in a corner he refused to act any further by using the lie that I had abused him. But he failed to supply any evidence when asked, that I had. THIS IS THE ACT OF AN UTTER HYPOCRITE......But that's lying politicians for you.

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP - BRAINBOX OF THE 21ST CENTURY
Well our 'hero' brainbox and know all, about everything on the planet, is still at it. The thing is, you just know why he is doing this and its not to save the planet and our country,or to serve his constituents, but to give himself more gravitas in the hope Boris will at last recognise what a plus he would be if brought back into his cabinet. For there isn't a subject that he doen't know heaps about. He hopes that Boris will be thinking: "For God damn it, he is being seen on TV all the time spouting forth on all sorts of subjects. So he must be someonethat definitely in my cabinet and maybe we made a mistake kicking him out of my cabinet, regardless of the fact I did that as he was a remainer and went against me."
There he was yet again on some TV news programme last night pontificating about fly tipping of all this. Is there no subject matter that this brainbox isn't an absolute authority on? Bugger his constituency and how his constiuents are fairing over this virus madness. How can I help them, especially all the 'oldies' that proliferate in the whole Bournemouth greater area ? No they don't matter even though 16K of them voted me in. They would vote for a monkey if one were put up at the next election, so I'm safe when that comes round, so I can get away with anything and getting myself further up the greasy politics pole is much more important to me.

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP STILL ABSENT FROM HIS CONSTITUENCY
Still no evidence he gives a toss about what is going on in his constituency or the general area of Bournemouth. Still no visiting the places he should to talk to Doctors & Nurses in our Hospital or care homes etc.
No inquisitiveness as to how the good people of Bournemouth are coping etc. But he can always find the time to once more get himself onto a TV news prog (because he will get paid for that....to add to the £10K our parasitic MP's have given themselves on the pretence they NEED it because now they are working at home. Still trying to work that one out.

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP STILL NO CONCERN FOR HIS CONSTITUENTS
Having checked today, his website, there is still not one word from him showing concern for the well being of his constituents. This should be his prime concern in these times, ( OR INDEED AT ANY TIME BUT AS YOU CAN SEE I'M ONE CONSTITUENT AND HE'S REFUSED TO HELP AND DO HIS JOB) but as I have been trying to get you to see..... Tobias Ellwood MP is only interested in his own well being as he sits at home in his £700,000 Barn Conversion home which by the way isn't in his constituent area. Enjoying all that money he earns as a fraud, self interested MP + all his expenses + what he gets for appearing all the time on TV and in newspapers, as the brainbox of the Century.
All that given, Bournemouth/Poole & especially Christchurch, must contain the greatest concentration of oldies in the UK. All of us potential virus victims to swell the deaths numbers. Yet not a peep about his concern for us and certainly no finger being lifted to visit our hospitals to see and talk to nurses and Doctors trying to help them & chivvying up his Parliamentary oafs to get them moving. Let alone care homes, retirement homes old age living Housing Associations like mine with 156 over 60's living closely, with insufficient care being carried out by our landlord.
How are all the carers, nurses, doctors etc managing to get enough PPE? How can he help to make sure this incompetent government is getting PPE out there. TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP STILL NO LOCAL APPEARANCES
I read the local paper, the Echo, every day as I've said and still no articles on how our illustrious and wise MP, one Tobias poshboy Ellwood, cares so much about his constituents that he's been going around the town visiting our main hospital, care homes for the elderly, large Housing Assocation homes for the over 60's, like where I live, with many elderly and frail people here. Seeing how all the supermarkets still are not getting food to us as they should. Many topics he should be checking up on and seeing how he could help, say by notifying Boris how things are STILL not working.
The purpose of such visits is to see for himself how we are all coping with this pestulence upon us...
....as any good and caring MP would do and that would educate him as to how well the government is acting- which is as usual with Brit politicians, pretty useless and incompetent. The oft repeated phrase which is constantly said about various government actions is 'TOO LITTLE AND TOO LATE' and it applies to now as ever.
This is what 'poshboy' should be doing instead of constantly getting himself on various TV News and in the papers , self promoting himself as the Governments most experienced 'EXPERT' and on EVERYTHING. Getting himself introduced to we the public, as TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP, EX ARMY OFFICER AND CHAIRMAN OF THE DEFENCE COMMITTEE. All this said as if he was even more knowledgeable that the various Ministers. What the hell does he know about medical matters as grave as this virus??????
And what will he be doing when the lazy *********Politicians have yet another holiday in the midst of a crisis?? Will he be coming down to Bournemouth to sort everything out and deal with constituents questions and fears etc??? Talk with the council and so on about what they are doing.Well we will see !!

TOBAIS ELLWOOD MP- MORE MEDIA APPEARANCES.
The media appearances frenzy continues as he adds to his low wage that he finds hard to exist on, so much so he has now to watch the pennies !!
He was on TV last night AND in todays papers, waffling on about how the army can help with this virus armageddon. This is because he has more experience abot everything under the sun, than anyone else, including high up officers of all the three Forces and REAL specialists. I canot imagine he does all this for no payment.
What really gets up my nose is, that now we are in the throes of this virus epidemic any DECENT MP would be worried about how his constituents and area are getting and WOULD BE DOWN HERE AND NOT SITTING IN TV STUDIOS OR TALKING TO LONDON BASE JOURNO'S !!
Checking on how our roads are handling maybe more traffic, in the supermats to see the pandemonium going on there and how they are coping with keeping the shelves stocking - which they aren't. Checking up on care homes and the like and so on. Howevr this is not what poshboy Tobias Ellwood MP seems to do and it is no different now.
I read the local rag every day and I can tell you there is hardly any mention of him, let alone him getting around our area espcially his constituent area, and having anything to say about anything to do with it. Similarly I see local TV news and see him doing likewise. No all this self interested man thinks about, is doing whatever he can to expand on his exposure to mainly the London chattering classes and mainly I think to get the attention of Boris, so he will think "Boy this man is a genius and I kicked him out of his Ministers job-maybe I should get him back on board?"

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP. IS HE THE NEW EINSTEIN??
There is no stopping this brainbox and he's been on a TV news programme yesterday telling us how good the Army would be if they are brought in to help out. Then today in the Telegraph and giving us the advice he thinks we need to know and only off him, about how the country has to be alert while the panic over the virus is going on, as we should know that there are devious forces about who could nip in while we are occupied and do us harm. The arrogance is beyond belief with this big head.
For he apparently thinks that we absolutely need to know everything that comes out of his brain, as no one else in government or serving high up in the UK Forces, could possibly see what he sees. What amazes me is that apparently, all the media are so thick that they cannot see that this man really has nothing to offer the British public on the comments front or anything else that I can think of.
They obviously don't do their homework and search Tobias Ellwood's history. If they did they would see he is no authority on much at all. For what was he??.........a very lowly, low rank officer in a bum Army regiment for only 5 years (the lowest number of years you can sign on for as an officer) Yet they slaver all over him as the best authority on EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN. For Gods sake get a grip and have top Brass commenting on all matters to do the defence and Forces matters.

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP - PARLIAMENT MUST DO ITS DUTY
Once again Tobias 'poshboy' Ellwood is pushing himself into the limelight by spouting to Parliament
yesterday that it should 'do its duty' and not close due to the Coronavirus. Hurrah.
How about 'poshboy' Tobias getting up in Parliament and urging MP's to do their job and always take up requests coming from their constituents to look into cases where they are being stitched up by no less than government departments. Certainly not pretending to help when actually doing nothing and then lying that the constituent has abused the the poor snowflake MP. Thus giving the MP the excuse to cut off all future contact with the constituent and thus ending any outcome for them. "MP's should do their 'duty' to their constituents unlike what I have done, which I am ashamed of ?"

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP - NOW AN ALL THINGS NAVY EXPERT
There is no end to this man's intelligence and expertise and now I see
he's a self proclaimed expert on all Navy matters. For today in the

Quite why the newspapers and TV news programmes are now inviting him to give us all this 'wisdom' he possess and I'm sure he won't do it for nowt. So more money into his kitty, because don't forget our 'Poshboy' Tobias Ellwood MP can hardly survive on his miserable MP's wages and is having to 'watch his pennies'.
What the hell does he really know about ship design or indeed much about anything to do with the Navy or for that matter the RAF? TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP - HERO OR PARASITE?
If you cast your memory back to last year and the spate of terrorist actions that took place in London and specifically the one where the terrorist who drove along the pavement of Westminster Bridge ending up stopped just alongside Parliament. He then ran into the entrance of Parliament where he then stabbed a policeman on duty there. Thankfully he was shot and killed.
Enter our hero, one Tobias Ellwood MP. He attempted to stabilise the bleeding that the policeman was obviously suffering from. But as the wounds were too much, he unfortunately could not be saved. From then on and for quite some time, Tobias Ellwood MP was said to be 'A HERO' The British press and TV News went into overdrive as they do, over this and indulged in calling a 'HERO'. I don't know about you but this word 'Hero' is now being used ad nauseum and EVERYONE has become a 'Hero' even when they plainly have not been a hero at all. When I think of the REAL HERO's there have been, this hijacking of this term for every man, woman and their dogs, who have only done what anyone would do, it is a downgrading/diminishing of real hero's actions.
The truth of the matter is that Tobias Ellwood MP was absolutely no hero. He just happened to be on the spot when this happened and he only did what any self respecting human being would have done to help a fellow human being. He did not have to carry out any heroic action to go to the aid of this policeman. Like attacking the terrorist and disarming him. Had he done that, then yes he would deserve to be labelled a HERO.

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP WHY BECOME AN MP TOBIAS??
Yes, why do people become politicians? Nowadays we in the public have been able to see the answer to this. For since the last war all the old style politicians who had got into politics to serve their country and fellow citizens, have over some decades all retired or died off. They have systematically been replaced with people who only see being an MP as a cushy soft well paid job. If they play it right it can be a well paid job for life, and a place were if they play it right, they can earn even more more money on top of their wages, by way of fiddling every expense scam going.....and that's still going on as well. No stopping the greed of these parasites.
Then they can also suck up to big companies who want someone in Parliament to fiddle things their way. Not to forget that many companies want to stick some Polly onto their letter heading to impress
people. So they pay politicians handsomely to do this, so much so that some greedy pollies get onto multiple companies boards and probably make more from that, than from their MP's wage. Add to that they get paid big golden goodbye handshakes, if they finish being an MP. There is no end as to how they can get rich.
The epitomy of how rich an MP can get was seen in the antics of that alleged Labour MP, Blair, who in my opinion was never a bona-fide Labourite but a Conservative in wolves clothing. No doubt he knew that if he'd got into the Conservative party, he'd just be another ex public schoolboy MP. But by going into what is a political party for working class people, where most of the MP's were of a lower order and that meant he would, if he played it right, become a top dog amongst others who didn't have the nous to better him. And that is exactly how it all turned out. Made so much money in very which way, he was able to buy up properties all over the place. Got his fingers in every pie that also made him more money. Like getting paid eye watering sums just for speaking at various do's. Then add to all that, the number of companies that had him on their books. By the time he saw the writing on the wall and got out of politics, he's made even more dosh by every which way. Totally sickening and what did he actually achieve on the behalf of his constituents??
Is our Tobias poshboy Ellwood trying to go down the same road?? I say that, because he has shown a liking for money and obviously believes he isn't getting enough, judging by comments he's made on that subject. I see that on this subject he's now wangled his way into being the Chairman of the Commons Defence Select Committe which no doubt pays him even more money and panders to his
arrogance and self belief that he knows everything about every subject under the sun. From almost day one of his being an MP, he has wangled his way in to being a PPS for Liam Fox, followed by David Lidlington then Jeremy Hunt and no doubt that attracts a higher salary than just being an MP. Plus by all that brown nosing, he will also get lots of brownie points to his name. But I wonder why he seems to have moved around from one Minister to another. Did they all get pissed offf with him?
On the subject of his arrogance, some time ago on one of the few times he ever has had anything to say about Bournemouth, he stated that it was place with loads of pubs with Scouse landlords who were criminals. Problem was for him, there was only ONE pub with a scouse landlord who certainly was no criminal. So that went down like a lead balloon. Once again it proved that he had no time for Bournemouth and it is a fact that we hardly ever see him on local TV or in the local paper with anything to say about the place he is supposed to represent. There are loads of things that he could have opined about, as its not a very well run place, given that it is supposed to be the number one British seaside holiday place. But it is run by a useless Tory Council, full of arrogant posh boys and girls like him.
So all in all, people like me who had had many problems in our business life from government departments, civil servants and MP's like Tobias Ellwood, and needed to get those problems dealt with. But we have suffered because we have had to put up with an MP like him WHO IS ONLY IN POLITICS TO ADVANCE HIS STANDING AND DESIRES TO GET EVEN MORE MONEY INTO HIS DEEP POCKETS AND HIS CONSTITUENTS ARE JUST A HINDRANCE.
The galling thing is that I've found that MP's are a law unto themselves. For no one is in charge of them, so there is no body you can go to when you are blighted by the Tobias Ellwoods of the political world. The Chairman of the Tory Party in West Bournemouth is just another posh, brown nosing git like Tobias, who will not listen to any complaints about Tobias. So it's just another example of how all the members of the British Establishment all look after each other and you can never get any justice where they are concerned.

Since he was pushed out of the ministerial job he'd wormed his way into and that was when Boris won the election and was making up a new cabinet. Tobias Ellwood had been a Remainer even though his constituency voted OUT. Of course the brown noser now tells all, that he's changed his mind and is now behind all of us who can't wait for the end of this year to come.
So now he's nothing to do re the MOD, he is spending all his time getting himself onto every TV news programme he can, plus being interviewed by journo's about anything going. No doubt he's trying to appear to Boris that he is such a knowall on every subject imaginable, that he should get back into Cabinet. There seems to be no subject matter that he has no ideas or comments on, that he wants to push onto the Public. A positive Einstein on all subjects, yet helping his constituents who have been walked all over by HIS GOVERNMENT AND CIVIL SERVANTS, which in fact is his real job as an MP is supposed to be, he hasn't any time for.
He seems to think that we peasants in his constituency are too thick to know that it is an MP's job to take up cases on behalf of any constituent. This is especially so when the case involves some government department who are failing a member of the Public as they do and this is exactly the case because there is NOT ONE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT THAT IS 'FIT FOR PURPOSE' However, first he OBVIOUSLY has to meet the constituent in order to hear all the facts and see any evidence they have, like documents. Once he's established that there is a case, he should carry out his duties to resolve it. With me he refused to meet me and see the documentary evidence and lied through his back teeth with excuses to enable this refusal.
On top of that, despite me sending him all the documentary evidence he needed to prove I've a case, he has obviously not read and taken in, all that evidence. Plus he hasn't PERSONALLY approached the ministers responsible for the MoJ and the Government Legal Department (face to face) to put my case over and get some promise it would be investigated. Two points here; First is that to read all the evidence would have taken him some time and he's too busy all over the place, spouting off his big mouth as a specialist on every subject under the sun. Secondly as the case is about how the UK Justice System has systematically refused to investigate my case, for him to push the people refusing any investigation, would mean him sticking his neck out and highly likely getting no Brownie Points from his fellow Establishment Johnnies. After he'd brown nosed his way, when the PM was idiot May, into being a 'Junior' minister for the MoD, he would want to hang onto that.
For the last thing his Establishment mates in government and in the justice arena want, is any of their fellow mates being exposed and hung out to dry. Let us make no bones about it, were there any journalist and newspaper with the guts to expose this story, it would surely make headlines. For it is about how top judicial bodies and individuals who have cynically carried out unlawful, illegal and criminal acts to deny a member of the public their IP and Legal Rights and to be treated fairly and lawfully. So much so that if it were exposed it would create waves and show up the fact that despite many politicians and people in the judicial world, constantly telling us a pack of lies about how lucky we are to live under a democracy and the rule of law. THEY ARE ALL JUST A PACK OF UNMITIGATED LIARS AND THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT WANT THIS TO BE EXPOSED.

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP - MORE FACTS ON HIM
If you study his history and that's not hard as he likes to push himself into the face of the Public at every opportunity he can rustle up. Read his Wiki page and while you are at it, also his own website.
Read inbetween the lines and you may see as I do, exactly what he has been up to all his life after schooling and the Army.
After his illustrious 5 year time in the pongoes, ( I'm sure I'm right when I say that to be an officer, that is the MINIMUM time you can sign on for) Now be aware of the FACT that in the Forces it is recognised that the officers in the Army are not the best quality campared to officers of the Navy and Air Force and that says a lot about our Tobias. On the above point, no doubt Daddy was working away with his Establishment contacts to get his boy into the Conservative Party and it seems that eventually it worked out, as the party picked him to parachute him into a Southern super safe seat, in Bournemouth. The thick voters there duly followed their voting patterns that had gone on for decades and decades. For Poshboy Tobias Ellwood fought the East Bournemouth 'safe' seat which he duly won with over 16K majority. (Thanks to the usual bunch of 'sheep' voters who vote for the same party every year regardless of how useless the MP actually is. For before Poshboy Tobias came along they had voted in his predessor Atkinson for years and he was as useless as you could get and also never did anything for his constituents.) But the poor lad had to take a wage drop, which the arrogant poshboy had to let us know this. Presumably Tobias was trying to get you to believe he was so highly paid in his city job and he SACRIFICED that to do his duty to the country and become an MP for the Bournemouth sheep voters.
Now that little bit of his history begs some questions. How did Tobias manage to get a city job after his army stint? Did Daddy or his friends or even some other relative, work that for him. I'm quite sure that it would have been the case of not what you know intelligence-wise, but who you know, IE having the right connections. For as I've said being a lowly Captain and only 5years in a nondescript regiment doesn't seem to me to make you a great catch for the Tories.

Further proof that Tobias had been helped once he was now an MP, can be seen in that it didn't take long before he lands a cushy number working for Tom King MP. This is how posh members of the Establishment work. They all stick together and award each other big wage rises......golden severence hand shake payments when they leave whatever they've been doing, even if they had been a disaster.
This can be seen all the time with sickening regularity, for after all its not their money but the sucker peasants who do real jobs and pay their taxes and which pays all the parasitical politicians and top boys and girls in government departments.

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP - A COMPLETE WASTE OF SPACE
Any decent MP has to do a number of things as part of his job, apart from being the Member of Parliament for a particular part of the UK and the most important job is representing the constituents of a town or area of a town or city. FOR LET US NOT FORGET, IT IS THEY WHO HAVE ENABLED HIM OR HER TO LAND A NICE CUSHY WELL PAID JOB, WHICH CAN ALSO LEAD TO ENTRY INTO EVEN MORE CUSHY AND WELL PAID JOBS ONE CAN WHEEDLE THEIR WAY INTO THANKS TO BEING AN MP !! The best example of that is Tony Blair !!
The constituents of an MP should be looked after in a number of ways. For instance if any constituent
was experiencing serious problems with any government department, there is no better person for being able to go directly to the department and ask questions of them. Like; "why are you treating my constituent badly because they have had to come into contact with you over some problems they have" ?
The department will have a Minister who is in charge of it, so I your MP should go to that Minister and have him take up the problem/complaint. Then if eventually that Minister did nothing, an MP can always stand up in Parliament and tell the house that a constituent has been treated badly by the department and then describe what that is and then push for action to rectify this. This should then concentrate the minds of all those concerned who are making the life of that constituent, a misery. This is based on the fact that no one wants to be shown up for treating the public badly and maybe even unlawfully. I have seen good MP's do this, but in Tobias Ellwood's case I don't remember ever seeing him talking on behalf of a constituents in any session of Parliament and exposing a problem they are experiencing. Only waffling on about Syria, or something to do with the Middle East or Military matters is his wont. For no doubt he thinks by talking on whatever, that will make him look so good and that eventually, he will be rewarded by the PM with a shove up the greasy pole.
Another responsibility of any MP, is to the area he is supposed to represent and in this case that area
is East Bournemouth, but what goes on in the whole area of Christchurch/Bournemouth and Poole
should also be of interest to Tobias Ellwood. However in the time that he has allegedly represented E.Bournemouth it has been blindingly obvious that he really doesn't give a fig for that area or the wider surrounding area. For since 2005 he hardly is ever in the news talking to us about whatever
the problem or subject matter is that he is trying to make better and for us and the general area.

TOBIAS ELLWOOD MP CLIMBS THE GREASY POLITICAL POLE
I am unfortunate to be living in Tobias's constituency of East Bournemouth. Around 2012 I was forced to have to turn to him in order to get help over the fact that my local police were as usual refusing to deal with a corrupt constable.
Now, the informed members of the British Public will know that our Police forces are now utterly useless, corrupt and don't do policing anymore. This was further brought home to me when I was involved in a road traffic accident of sorts. Riding my large scooter on a local road, I came up to a mini roundabout and was indicating a right turn. I'd slowed right down and was starting to lean over to make the sharp turn around the roundal. A black BMW (what else?) coming towards me and who should have stopped to give way, was travelling quite fast and it became obvious he wasn't going to stop. I braked heavily, and those who know bikes, will know that if you are leaning over to turn and you brake very heavily you are going to very quickly stop, then the bike will just fall over as it will lose its balance. You will not have time to put a leg down and stop the bike losing its balance.
So I was thrown off it and landed heavily, almost on the roundal. The car wizzed past me as I lay in the road, narrowly missing me. I broke my wrist and cracked a few ribs and knocked my right knee an hip. Several people witnessed all this and rang for the police and ambulance. They duly arrived and one of the two cops was right from the word go, quite nasty. A woman who had witnessed all this told me that she had seen it all and would verify this to the cops, which she did with a witness statement.
When I eventually got a copy of this, it read that I was responsible. This gave the corrupt cop an excuse not to charge the driver for either dangerous driving of even the lesser driving without due care etc. So I contacted her and she verified that she had told the cop that I had done nothing wrong and it was the fault of the car driver not even slowing down, let alone giving way. Clearly the cop had changed her statement as no doubt he maybe had issues with bikers. Or maybe the driver belonged to the 'funny handshake brigade' ?? Not that I am a biker, but a 75 year old (at that time) who only rode a scooter to get around, for cheapness.
What this cop had done was to try to 'pervert the course of justice' and so I lodged a complaint with Bournemouth Police. I had a battle to get them to do anything (as usual) and in the end all they did do, was to wrap the PC's knuckles, when they should have sacked him for this serious offence. All par for the course these days, I'm afraid. It's a toss up as to who is worse....Cops Or MP's ??
Tobias (poshboy) Ellwood comes into it, as I went to him to see if he could approach the police over why they were behaving in the way they had. They were not taking any notice of my protestations about this bent cop of theirs. Unbelievedly all he could say was that I should take my complaint to the IPCC. Now at that time they were in the news a lot, as people who had complaints against the police (thousand of them !!) were getting the same treatment as I did and their complaints were not being looked into. The newspapers were constantly doing articles on the peoples various cases, that all ended up going nowhere. Only 2-3% of all cases reported to them ever got looked into with the police force concerned, being reprimanded etc. Plus 85% of the IPCC staff WERE ALL EX COPS !!!! The current IOPC are no better and even worse.
I asked Ellwood if he was serious and didn't he know the facts about the IPCC that were constantly in the news for doing nothing and that was why I had come to him. I got no satisfactory reply from him and certainly no help. That was the start of a beautiful relationship and this was especially so, as part of the contact I had with him, took place in my flat. I had got him to visit me rather than me going to his local office where I knew all I would get is a 10 minute slot, which was too short for me to give him all the details.
At this meeting in my flat he came across as a surly individual who showed absolutely no empathy for you or was at all interested to help. He indulged in talking down at me and it came across that he was only there on sufference. I made it plain I wasn't impressed and as he kept interrupting what I was trying to say, made our meeting somewhat frosty and with him making a very bad impression of himself. I got the distinct impression that he thought he was so far above me, and he didn't like the fact that I was obviously not prepared to grovel to him.
Bearing all the above in mind, I knew that should at any time I need an MP's help, he would be the last person I would feel happy to approach. Unfortunately in the future after that, it was necessary for me to again approach him-reluctantly. This time over the Housing Ombudsman who I had gone to over the antics of the Housing Association landlords I had, who were acting illegally over several matters affecting me and other tenants. I had sent the Ombudsman a dossier and not only had they not acknowledged receipt of same, but 9 months down the line hadn't even looked at the facts in that dossier.
I approached Ellwood and asked him if he would look into why this Ombudsman was coming across
as totally dysfunctional and tenants were being denied outcomes of their complaints in a timely manner. He refused to get involved. So yet another black mark against this MP who obviously thought that MP's were only in existance, in order to live a nice soft and cushy life, grabbing all the money they could, as they do.
That attitude was further enhanced when the local rag wrote that he had complained at one stage, in the arguments that were being thrashed out in the media, about them ripping us off over expenses etc. He had bleated on about how hard it was these days to exist on only an MP's wages. They reported that his wife was a solicitor and we all know how much they can earn especially as she was in corporate affairs and we all know that means she would be earning a nice fat wad of money every month. So locally, his standing went down even further and especially so, in my mind.
Again I was further unimpressed with Ellwood and this was so, as I had been in a long standing battle with a government department, namely the Intellectual Property Office over how they were walking all over me, in my battles with an ex business agent, who had copied a car I had designed and was manufacturing locally. The IPO came into that battle as this ex agent had also applied to his copy of my car, the Trade Mark of 'Viper' I had registered. The battle involved 6 Tribunal Hearings at which this crook of an ex agent had indulged in over 200 instances of perjury (lying) and 5 cases of offering up forgeries as evidence. The IPO refused to deal with any of the unlawful acts carried out in their hearings. (all par for the course these days, in Britain and its civil service. ( Best wishes to Cummings in his battle with British, lazy, corrupt and incompetence civil servants. I've had 19 years experience of those bastards)
The IPO and their civil servants, plus others in a number of other government departments who also came into my battles, collectively trashed my business and my health AND forced me into early retirement with no money, except a State Pension to wallow in. Thus I'm another expense on the back of the taxpayers, when had this not happened, I would not have been.
This battle for justice is still going on and eventually has got to a stage where several justice departments were engaging in serial lying, when I have been trying to get them to investigate a Barrister QC by the name of Hobbs, who helped my ex agent in a hearing I was denied attendance to, by giving him at least 2 hours of legal advice and the actions and advice he gave, meant that in the end, the course of justice was perverted.(A criminal Act) So I have been since 2006, trying to get about 5 different legal departments like the MoJ, the GLD and various so called legal ombudsmen to investigate my evidence (all irrefutable documentary evidence and a barristers legal advice given me) Needless to say they have all indulged in serial lying, obfuscations, passing the buck onto other departments and generally trying to hide their corrupt actions by brushing it all under the carpet.
Against my better judgement I last year, decided that as I had no money to take it to the High Court
I would see if Tobias-poshboy-Ellwood would do his duty and take on my battle, by approaching these departments and asking awkward questions as to why none of them were investigating the actions of the Barrister, who at the time was working for the MoJ/GLD. So in my book they were responsible for his actions at that time. But in any case, he had committed criminal acts on their watch, so it is they who should investigate it all as I knew the Police would'nt want to know.
I first approached Ellwood in 2018 and then again in early 2019 I asked him if he would to go to the GLD and the MoJ and ask them why they had lied (I gave him the evidence of this) and were refusing to investigate this barristers criminal actions. He 'promised' he would help me, yet for 9 months all he has done is act as a postman and has not face to face, spoken with any Minister concerned, to press that he makes sure that it is all investigated.
Because I could see that Ellwood was up to his old tricks of just making it look like he was helping, so I wrote to him in January 2020 and complained that in effect he wasn't doing anything. The result was that Ellwood sent me a letter, refusing to do anything more and using the lying excuse that it is because I was abusing him and threatening him in emails I'd sent him and his office. Despite my asking for evidence; IE copies of those emails, all I got was one email from 2017 that I'd sent him out of sheer frustration, when it became evident he had done nothing about the Bournemouth Police's behaviour. I had told him in no uncertain terms (but no swearing) of how I viewed him as an MP. A perfectly reasonable telling off which is MY RIGHT TO DO SO!! But of course arrogant MP's and civil servants don't like being told off and banged to rights. (See a copy of that email on my sister blog address below)

They reported that his wife was a solicitor and we all know how much they can earn especially as she was in corporate affairs and we all know that means she would be earning a nice fat wad of money every month. So locally, his standing went down even further and especially so, in my mind.
Again I was further unimpressed with Ellwood and this was so, as I had been in a long standing battle with a government department, namely the Intellectual Property Office over how they were walking all over me, in my battles with an ex business agent, who had copied a car I had designed and was manufacturing locally. The IPO came into that battle as this ex agent had also applied to his copy of my car, the Trade Mark of 'Viper' I had registered. The battle involved 6 Tribunal Hearings at which this crook of an ex agent had indulged in over 200 instances of perjury (lying) and 5 cases of offering up forgeries as evidence. The IPO refused to deal with any of the unlawful acts carried out in their hearings. (all par for the course these days, in Britain and its civil service. ( Best wishes to Cummings in his battle with British, lazy, corrupt and incompetence civil servants. I've had 19 years experience of those bastards)
The IPO and their civil servants, plus others in a number of other government departments who also came into my battles, collectively trashed my business and my health AND forced me into early retirement with no money, except a State Pension to wallow in. Thus I'm another expense on the back of the taxpayers, when had this not happened, I would not have been.
This battle for justice is still going on and eventually has got to a stage where several justice departments were engaging in serial lying, when I have been trying to get them to investigate a Barrister QC by the name of Hobbs, who helped my ex agent in a hearing I was denied attendance to, by giving him at least 2 hours of legal advice and the actions and advice he gave, meant that in the end, the course of justice was perverted.(A criminal Act) So I have been since 2006, trying to get about 5 different legal departments like the MoJ, the GLD and various so called legal ombudsmen to investigate my evidence (all irrefutable documentary evidence and a barristers legal advice given me) Needless to say they have all indulged in serial lying, obfuscations, passing the buck onto other departments and generally trying to hide their corrupt actions by brushing it all under the carpet.
Against my better judgement I last year, decided that as I had no money to take it to the High Court
I would see if Tobias-poshboy-Ellwood would do his duty and take on my battle, by approaching these departments and asking awkward questions as to why none of them were investigating the actions of the Barrister, who at the time was working for the MoJ/GLD. So in my book they were responsible for his actions at that time. But in any case, he had committed criminal acts on their watch, so it is they who should investigate it all as I knew the Police would'nt want to know.
I first approached Ellwood in 2018 and then again in early 2019 I asked him if he would to go to the GLD and the MoJ and ask them why they had lied (I gave him the evidence of this) and were refusing to investigate this barristers criminal actions. He 'promised' he would help me, yet for 9 months all he has done is act as a postman and has not face to face, spoken with any Minister concerned, to press that he makes sure that it is all investigated.
Because I could see that Ellwood was up to his old tricks of just making it look like he was helping, so I wrote to him in January 2020 and complained that in effect he wasn't doing anything. The result was that Ellwood sent me a letter, refusing to do anything more and using the lying excuse that it is because I was abusing him and threatening him in emails I'd sent him and his office. Despite my asking for evidence; IE copies of those emails, all I got was one email from 2017 that I'd sent him out of sheer frustration, when it became evident he had done nothing about the Bournemouth Police's behaviour. I had told him in no uncertain terms (but no swearing) of how I viewed him as an MP. A perfectly reasonable telling off which is MY RIGHT TO DO SO!! But of course arrogant MP's and civil servants don't like being told off and banged to rights. (See a copy of that email on my sister blog address below)
